Our Academic Structure

We offer a progressive, three-level academic system tailored to suit the developmental needs of children:

Preschool (Ages 2.5 to 5.5 years)

Level I – Nursery
Level II – Lower Kindergarten (LKG)
Level III – Upper Kindergarten (UKG)
Our preschool curriculum focuses on building strong foundations in language, numbers, creativity, and social skills. Learning happens through play, storytelling, hands-on activities, and digital interactive aids.

Primary School (1st to 5th Grade)

3. Upper Primary (6th to 7th Grade)

Admission & Withdrawal

Admission to school will be given on the basis of certain government rules as well as school rules.
No application will be refused admission on the basis caste.
All rules regarding admission will have to be complied with council guidelines.
before any admission can be complete. The principal or Management reserve the right to refuse any application without giving any reason.
No leaving certificate will be issued unless applied for by the parent or guardian in person with generally a week’s notice and after all dues have been paid.
Fees are due as long as no notice of withdrawal has been given.
3 day’s prior written notice is required before bonafide or official document to be issued from the school office Children seeking admission in Std 1 To 7 have to appear for an entrance test. Admission will be granted on clearance of the test.

Admission will be confirmed on receipt of the following:
Admission form must be duly filled by the parents and submit on the given date by the school office.
Payment of the requisite fees.
Copy of the birth certificate attested by a Gazetted officer.
Copy of the progress report of the previous school.
Passport size photographs.
Original transfer certificate countersigned by the respective Educational Board (once admission is confirmed).
If a student belongs to SC, ST or OBC then a caste certificate should be submitted at the time of admission.

Fee

The approved fee structure is available at Smart School via a FEE CARD. Please contact the admission counsellor for a copy of the same.

Fee collection

Fees should be paid by a cheque or demand draft favoring Smart School only.

Refund

Smart School Pre-Schools follow a NO REFUND POLICY No amount in part or full will be refunded under any circum-stances.

Welcome Kit

Every child is entitled to a Welcome Kit at Smart School. This kit is given to every child as per the enrolled program.
